Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Yes! We are offering complimentary shuttle service on the wedding day from Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas The Colony directly to The Olana.
- Guests staying at Homewood Suites can hop on the shuttle.
- Guests staying at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West can either:
- Take an Uber/Lyft to Homewood Suites and board the shuttle, or
- Use their own transportation directly to The Olana.
- Guests staying at the Fairfield by Marriott in Corinth will need to arrange their own transportation directly to the venue.

Are the shuttles round-trip?
Yes. Shuttles from Homewood Suites will take guests to the wedding ceremony at The Olana and return guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

What if I want to explore Dallas while I’m in town?
We highly encourage guests to rent a car if they’re staying longer than just the wedding weekend and would like to explore Dallas, or surrounding areas. Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are also widely available.
Should I rent a car?
If you’re only coming for the wedding, you can rely on our shuttle service from Homewood Suites or use Uber/Lyft.
If you plan to stay a few extra days, we highly recommend renting a car. Dallas and the surrounding areas are spread out, and having your own vehicle makes it much easier to explore restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
Is Uber or Lyft available in Texas?
Yes! Both Uber and Lyft are widely available in Dallas, Plano, and the surrounding areas. They’re a convenient option if you don’t plan to rent a car, need a quick ride between hotels, or prefer not to drive on the wedding day.
Can I drive and park at the venue?
Yes. If you are not using the shuttle, self-parking is available at The Olana for those who wish to drive themselves.
